This policy explains what data Huaji processes, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.
We may process account information such as your email address, sign-in method, avatar, and basic session state.
When you create records, we process conversations, diary drafts, saved diary entries, and related memory data generated by the system.
To operate the service, we may also process request times, basic logs, rate-limit data, and error information.
We primarily use data for sign-in, content storage, search and recall, authentication emails, and maintaining the security and reliability of the service.
Content you submit to AI features may be sent to model providers or supporting infrastructure to generate responses, organize drafts, perform searches, and provide other product features.
We do not publicly display your content for unrelated purposes, but providing the service may require third-party infrastructure to process it.
Huaji encrypts conversations, diary drafts, saved entries, and related memory content. Your Huaji Key is still required to view them.
Not all data is encrypted in the same way. Account data, some date and time zone metadata, image storage URLs, semantic search embeddings, basic logs, rate-limit data, and security checks may remain in plaintext. Image descriptions and searchable text are encrypted, while their embeddings currently are not.
Content must be available in a processable form before it is sent to AI services. Encryption therefore does not prevent third-party models from processing content you actively submit to AI features.
Huaji is still in beta, and encryption-related features may experience instability, delays, or errors.
Huaji may use third-party services for authentication, email delivery, databases, object storage, AI model requests, security checks, and core infrastructure.
These services may include OAuth providers, Resend, database providers, Vercel AI Gateway, AI model providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are enabled only after you consent to analytics cookies and are used for page traffic and basic performance measurement.
Necessary cookies maintain sign-in, save privacy choices, and support basic security.
With your consent, optional analytics help us understand usage and performance.
You can change preferences through the cookie banner. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent core features from working.
Analytics tools do not directly read conversation, diary, or draft content; they primarily measure page visits, basic usage, and performance.
You own the content you record in Huaji.
You may request deletion of your Huaji data.
To request deletion or ask about data processing, contact us at support@huaji.app.
